Salon Ichi-E recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule. We also offer online booking for your convince 24/7 through vagaro.

​If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a cancellation list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone, email, or text.

Confirmations, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

While it is not always possible to contact a client directly, every effort will be made to confirm your appointment two days in advance by our online booking system (through email and text).

A 24-Hour notice to cancel would be greatly appreciated. A missed appointment means loss of availability for other clients. However, we do realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one’s control, and we truly understand. Any missed appointment may result in a $25 Service Fee.

We understand that sometimes it is inevitable that you may run late for an appointment. The time that you have scheduled is yours to use at your discretion. We will give every effort to deliver your services to you as best can be met by the remainder of your scheduled time.

Services Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with any of our services, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within Seven days. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color.
Full service price applies after seven days. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. We do not offer refunds for any hair services.

Salon Ichi-E will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.  Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.  Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon

Must present any coupon or voucher when check in before any services are done. Our salon will NOT honor any Coupon or voucher after any services are done. Customer MUST pay for the original price at the time of check out.
